In 2019, local and regional artists were paid over $88,000 for work sold in the gallery and the gift shop.
Confluence Gallery was started by a small and forward thinking group of artists in 1988 who felt the Methow Valley needed a place to bring the community together through the celebration of the visual arts. Since then, Confluence Gallery has become a cultural landmark in downtown Twisp curating 16 solo and group exhibits every year. Showcasing the work of Okanogan County artists in a warm and inviting gathering space, inviting all segments of our rural community. In addition to our professional gallery space, Confluence Gallery also boasts an amazing array of jewelry, ceramics, textiles and other one of a kind items in the Gift Shop.
Through our work curating exhibits and the gift shop we have been able to make an impact on our local economy by putting money back in the pockets of working artists. Confluence Gallery’s other programming includes a month long art camp for kids, business skills workshop for working artists, the Trashion Show, and Methow Valley Home Tour.
